1. Shipping Policy
A transparent shipping policy is a key part of your customer contract.
Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Damages & Lost Packages Praise Baby Co is a New Zealand-based business, and your items are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
