Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight and destination at checkout. Transit times generally range from 3 to 8 business days once processed.

• New Zealand (Domestic):

  • Standard Parcel (0.0kg – 5.0kg): $10.00 – $15.00 NZD

  • Bulky Item Standard Courier (5.0kg – 10.0kg / Playmats): $20.00 NZD

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applies to NZ orders of $200.00 NZD or more.

• Australia (Trans-Tasman):

  • Standard Express (0.0kg – 5.0kg): $18.00 – $35.00 AUD

  • Bulky Freight Express (5.0kg – 10.0kg / Playmats): $40.00 AUD

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applies to Australian orders of $250.00 AUD or more.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has dispatched. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damages, Lost Packages & Your Rights

Praise Baby Co. is a New Zealand-based business, and our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Goods are guaranteed to arrive safely and in acceptable condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
