Refund & Returns Policy
1. Returns Overview
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Free from any scents, pet hair, or signs of wear (especially important for textiles and nursery items).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made products.

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Gift cards.

Items that show signs of use, have been washed, or have pet hair/scents on them.

Nursery items where the original safety packaging has been opened.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at praisebabyco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Tracked Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
