We want to get your essentials to you as quickly as possible so you can get back to the moments that matter.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to pack and ship your order.

• New Zealand Shipping: $10 flat rate.

• NZ Special Offer: Enjoy FREE shipping on all NZ orders over $150.

• Australia Shipping: $25 flat rate for all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Praise Baby Co. products. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

• Physical Goods: We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• Card Decks: Due to the nature of the product, our Value Cards and Affirmation Decks are final sale once the seal is broken.

• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Product Care & Safety

Our products are designed for longevity and safety, using premium materials.

• Fala Momi (Play Mats): Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals. 

• Fala Momi Covers: Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and mild soap. These can also be placed directly in the washing machine; use a laundry bag for extra care or wash individually. Avoid harsh chemicals.

• Baby Carriers: Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air dry in the shade.

• Feeding Sets: Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). When handwashing, please be mindful not to scratch the stainless steel with harsh scraping. Separate the silicone and steel components for thorough washing and drying.
